The retreat is held at the beautiful Bowen Mountain Retreats at the foot of the Blue Mountains, just 90 minutes’ drive out of Sydney, a place where birds will greet your every step, and the fresh air nourishes your lungs. a place to recharge. A retreat to come back to yourself, come in touch with your true nature.
Healthy meals - all provided.
All meals are provided and freshly prepared. We will serve only vegetarian, mostly vegan dishes and seasonal, organic produce as much as possible.

Together we are committed to guiding you through a weekend of rejuvenation, connection and self-discovery.
VANESSA, founder of Yoginess Collective is a passionate yoga instructor (with a passion for prenatal/ postnatal yoga & sound healing) who believes deeply in the transformative power of movement as medicine. She specialises in yoga for mental health and physical therapy, creating a space where connection and growth flourish.
With a love for exploring diverse yoga styles, Vanessa encourages everyone to step out of their comfort zone, find what resonates with them, and embrace self-discovery. Her teaching approach ensures yoga is accessible and meaningful for all, guiding you to tune into your body and mind with intention and care.
SARAH is a passionate yoga teacher specializing in Japanese yoga, a unique practice rooted in the harmony of mind, body, and nature. Inspired by the principles of Satoyama, Sarah's teachings focus on creating balance and connection, both on and off the mat. Her classes offerings a deeply restorative and grounding experience for students of all levels.
She loves exploring nature and finding joy in life's simple moments. She's dedicated to helping her students feel rejuvenated, aligned, and connected to themselves and the world around them.
