The retreat is held at the beautiful Bowen Mountain Retreats at the foot of the Blue Mountains, just 90 minutes’ drive out of Sydney, a place where birds will greet your every step, and the fresh air nourishes your lungs. a place to recharge. A retreat to come back to yourself, come in touch with your true nature.
Healthy meals - all provided.
All meals are provided and freshly prepared. We will serve only vegetarian, mostly vegan dishes and seasonal, organic produce as much as possible.
